Sean started his IT Recruitment career in Manchester in 1996, before taking up roles in Leeds/London/Sydney and now based full-time in Melbourne. Sean was a highly successful consultant, before growing and leading market leading teams within Peoplebank and the Fiveten Group. Sean has experience across IPO’s/M&A and successful Acquisitions and business sales.

Qamran has 18 years technology recruitment experience initially in Dublin, Ireland where he spent a decade working with many of the largest technology and financial services firms on both senior appointments and expansive team building projects as Dublin became both a European and Global Hub of operations. For the last 8 years Qamran has worked tirelessly building an extensive network of clients and senior candidates in Melbourne across the financial services, technology and utilities sectors. Charlene’s career spans both agency and internal recruitment. Charlene started her journey in recruitment with Hays Recruitment in Brisbane in 2008. Her foundation in recruitment was in Executive Finance. With a solid reputation with key Executives across the Brisbane and QLD market, she established an extensive network to enable success the recruitment of highly confidential appointments to International Organisations for remote roles.
Moving internally within Hays, Charlene headed up the Executive ICT Recruitment team for Hays in 2012. She specialised in Executive IT recruitment within the private and public sector, diligently matching talented IT professionals to opportunities.
In 2015 Charlene joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as the National Talent Acquisition Manager. Charlene was focused on the recruitment of professionals into PwC across all portfolios of business, which include; Assurance, Health, Tax & Legal, Private Clients and Advisory. Her key clients initially were the QLD Practises (Brisbane, Gold Coast and Townsville) which had a total workforce in excess of 900 people. Stepping into a nationally focused role in 2017 her focus moved on to the growth and expanding ICT and Digital solutions into Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. She was responsible for leading the transformation of their Risk Assurance recruitment projects, which included the digital, cyber and technology recruitment, whilst delivering best practice recruitment training and interview guides to key business leaders.
As a consultant, Charlene prides herself on her relationships within the market that are built on trust and transparency. She always aims to exceed the expectations of the customers through delivering the recruitment process by partnering with the client throughout the journey, offering guidance and keeping open communication at all times.
